Annual Fee: $0
My take: A good offer, but the new restrictions are a bummer

First off, let me say that $750 after $6,000 of spending on a no annual fee card is a good offer. In fact, it is an offer that I would normally consider one of the best offers.
That said, Chase recently added some restrictions to this offer that you need to know about if you’ve had no-annual-fee Chase business cards before. The short version is that it looks like you now get one bonus, ever on a no-annual-fee Chase business card.
Because of Chase’s new restrictions, I’m not adding this bonus to my list of my favorite sign-up bonuses. If you can only get one bonus on a no-annual-fee Chase business card ever, then it probably makes sense to wait around for an increased sign-up bonus on this card.
For most people, the optimal strategy is probably to get the Chase Freedom Unlimited card’s sign-up bonus and us that card as your “everywhere” card in the Chase ecosystem and then apply for the Ink Cash when it offers an increased bonus.
Are you eligible to earn the sign-up bonus?
Chase recently added a restriction preventing you from earning a bonus if you’ve ever had a Chase small business card without an annual fee before. If you’ve ever had this card or the Chase Ink Business Unlimited®, you’re probably not eligible for this bonus.
The new cardmember bonus may not be available to you if you have ever had this card or any other Chase for Business card without an annual fee. We may also consider factors pertinent to your business in determining your bonus eligibility.
Chase Ink Business Cash® offer terms
There are reports over on Reddit that Chase is popping up a notification to people that it deems ineligible for the bonus. While I’m not a fan of restricting bonus eligibility across card categories, I do think that this is the most consumer-friendly way of going about it.
Other offers that might be available
It is our policy to link to the best public offer we know about, but there are sometimes better offers on this card that are in-branch exclusives or targeted offers. We don’t know of any better offers on this card.
A few things to know before applying:
- You likely can get a small business card. You probably have a business and are eligible to get a small business credit card. Even small businesses like selling things on eBay or hobbies you are trying to monetize count.
- Chase Ink cards don’t affect 5/24. Historically, Chase wouldn’t approve you for a new card if you had 5 or more new accounts on your personal credit report within the last 24 months. Chase Ink cards don’t report to your personal credit report (as long as you pay on time) and therefore won’t impact your 5/24 status.
