4 ways to contact Chase Sapphire Reserve® customer service

If you need to contact Chase customer service for your Chase Sapphire Reserve® card, here are four ways to contact Chase customer service.

Chase Sapphire Reserve® customer service phone number

Your best bet to contact Chase customer service is to call the customer service phone number on the back of your card. That will get you to the right representative for you. Alternatively, you can get support on your Chase by calling Chase credit card customer service at 1-800-432-3117.

This is also the best number to call if you want to report a lost or stolen card or if you suspect fraudulent charges on your credit card account.

Contact Chase customer service on social media

Chase also gives you the option of contacting its customer service on social media. However, Chase advises against sending account or personal information via these channels. Here are links to Chase’s various social media accounts.

Customer service for mobile app and website issues

If you’re having issues accessing the Chase website, mobile app, or want a walk-through of online banking features, the best phone number to call for online banking support is 1-877-260-2178. This number connects to a specialized team that can help you find how to do something online or help with account and login issues.

Send Chase a secure message

When you log in to the Chase website or Chase mobile app, you can send Chase a secure message for non-urgent customer service issues.

To send a secure message on Chase.com, log into the Chase website and click on the dropdown menu at the top of the screen. Scroll down to the option for “Secure Messages” under “Connect with Chase.” From there, you’ll be able to send a secure message to Chase.

From the mobile app, click on your profile icon and select “Secure message center” under “Alerts and Messages.” You’ll be able to send a new message or view replies to your secure messages from the last 90 days from within the mobile app.
