Linking Citi cards to your online account: Access all your Citi accounts in one place.

If you have more than one credit card from Citibank, you can easily link all of your personal or business Citi accounts to the same online profile and manage them with a single login. Here’s what you need to know.

Linking Citi accounts online: Step by step

The first step to link your Citi credit card account is to log into your account at Citi.com and click on “How can we help” at the top of the page. Most likely, you’ll see a button for “Link Your Account” in the panel that pops up. If you don’t see this button, simply search for “Link your account.”

You’ll select your account type and enter information to identify the account. For credit cards, you’ll need your account number, CVV code from the back of your card, and last four digits of the primary cardholder’s social security number.

If you want to link a savings or checking account, you’l need to provide your debit card account number, PIN, and last four digits of the account holder’s social security number.

Once you’ve successfully entered this information, your account will be linked to your online account and can be managed alongside your other accounts.

CitiBusiness Accounts

If you have only Citi personal accounts or only Citi business accounts, you can manage them with a single login. Unfortunately if you have both types of accounts, you’ll need to step up two seperate online accounts.

Unlike many other banks, you cannot service both business and personal accounts under the same online login. If you try to link a CitiBusiness account to a personal account, you’l get a message like the following:

Unfortunately, the only solution to this is to create a new Citi.com login for your business accounts.

Bottom line

Linking Citi accounts is pretty simple. Just log into your Citi account and search for “Link Your Account” under “How can we help?” Follow the instructions, provide the required information, and your accounts will be linked up to your existing login.
